Website Terms of Use

Last updated: 23 October 2026

1. Website operator

The site is operated by CPP – LM LIMITED, trading as CPP and CPP-LM Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 01463285. Registered office: K8 Lower Road, Northfleet, Gravesend, Kent, England, DA11 9BL. Contact so@cpp-lm.com or +44 (0)1322 551940.

This website introduces our manufacturing capabilities and products and provides routes to our product website and team. It does not itself offer checkout or create a purchase contract.

2. Technical and product information

Descriptions, illustrations and application examples provide general information. Before selecting a component, check the current specifications and confirm the connection, material, pressure, temperature and chemical compatibility for your intended application. Ask our technical team where requirements are unclear.

General website content does not replace an application-specific assessment or a written specification expressly agreed with CPP. Product information may change as ranges develop. Nothing here removes obligations under an agreed contract or rights provided by law.

3. Purchases and enquiries

Products can be viewed and ordered at cpp.parts. Its applicable shop terms, delivery policy and returns policy govern that process, together with any separate terms validly agreed for your order.

Sending an enquiry does not by itself place an order or guarantee acceptance of a specification, price, lead time, distributorship or supply arrangement. Any agreement will be confirmed through the relevant quotation or ordering process.

4. Content and intellectual property

Text, design, images, product materials and branding are owned by CPP or used with permission. Other names and marks remain the property of their owners.

You may view and print reasonable extracts for reference or internal business evaluation, retaining relevant ownership notices. Republishing substantial content, reusing product images commercially or using CPP branding to imply endorsement requires prior written permission, except where the law permits the use. Links to public pages should be fair and should not misrepresent a relationship with CPP.

5. Acceptable use and availability

Use the site lawfully. Do not introduce malicious software, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with operation, impersonate CPP or use site information for unlawful activity. We may take proportionate steps to protect the site and its users.

We aim to keep information useful and the site available, but content may change and access may be interrupted for maintenance or reasons beyond our control. Separate websites linked from these pages have their own terms and privacy information.

6. Responsibility and legal rights

General website information should not be the sole basis for an application or purchasing decision. If you notice an error, please tell us so it can be investigated.

Nothing here excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. These terms do not restrict applicable statutory consumer rights. Responsibility for supplied products should be addressed in the relevant supply contract, rather than assumed from this website.

7. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy and Cookies & Website Technologies page describe how the corporate website uses information. Please also read the privacy information on cpp.parts when using its shop or enquiry facilities.

8. Governing law and updates

These website terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. For business users, disputes about these terms are subject to the courts of England and Wales. Consumers retain any mandatory protections and court rights available where they live.

Updated website terms will be published with an updated date and will not retrospectively alter a separately agreed contract.
